Payment is required when you choose to subscribe to a premium plan of Nawcast. Premium plan pricing and payment terms may change from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes.

Any images, files, or content uploaded to Nawcast are the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded them. Nawcast does not assume responsibility for the content or legality of any uploaded materials.
3.2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or use any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
4.1. Abuse of Service
You shall not use Nawcast for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, spamming, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service.
4.2. System Integrity
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nawcast's systems, networks, or any other part of the Service.
